Problem
The project started on May 15. Validation of the designs could not however be concluded before April 28 and the mailing would take place on May 9; which left only seven work days to print, finish and fold.
Alternative Numérique’s Solution
Alternative Numérique worked around the constraints of the weekends by allowing people to work from home. More than 300 people were mobilized to work from home to accomplish the folding and gluing stages, thus shortening the number of production days from eleven to just seven.
